Hangzhou HUB Auto-parts Co., Ltd is located in Hangzhou Tonglu Economic Development Zone, with a factory building area of 15,000 square meters, after 8 years development, has now became a modern enterprise.
HUB specializes in producing 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation wheel hubs over more than 600 types. They are widely used in middle and senior class sedans, commercial vehicles, such as Buick, Dodge, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Opel and so on, and also well accepted in foreign countries, including United States, South America and Middle East.
Wheel Hub Bearing and Wheel Hub Units are designed to support the vehicle's weight. These bearings are lubricated, sealed and complete with hub assembly. They provide tight fit to the wheels and transmit power without slipping. These hub assemblies are maintenance free, easy to install and increase product reliability while enhancing performance.
(1) The first generation hub bearing is simple with double row ball bearing and tapered roller bearing construction. (please see photos as follows)
(2) Second generation hub unit ‘s outer bearing ring of the double row angular contact ball bearing features an integral flange. Bolted to the brake disc & wheel . Typically used for non-driven front or rear wheels.
(3)Third generation hub unit has an integral double row angular contact ball bearing. The inner ring has an integral flange for wheel and brake rotor attachment and an outer ring with a flange for attaching the unit to the suspension. Used for both driven and non-driven wheel application.
Each wheel hub unit will be tested to secure the warranty 1 year or 50,000 kms.
